The quality of the product is the very best. Brian, who met with us for the presentation of the services, was so knowledgeable and friendly that it convinced us to go with AGEES Service Company. The people working on the project were absolutely wonderful and answered any questions my wife and I had. Let me tell you, our electric bill was huge before we had AGEES install a brand new A/C unit. I have been doing business with Agee's Service Co Inc. for over 20 years! They do a good job for me, and they are very efficient workers. They get in, and they get the work done, and then they are out. They are friendly people, and they are very professional, and good about showing up on time. They recently installed a new central air and heat unit for me. They did a wonderful job! They are a good company, and I like them. I definitely recommend them to everybody!

So happy we used Agee's! We replaced our entire system. Kelly was super helpful, friendly, and explained everything to us. Chris and Caesar came to do the install. They were so nice and explained everything they were doing and why and showed us our old systems problems. It was like a mini heat pump class! I was beyond impressed with how eager they were to answer all our questions and explain everything. Then Bob came out to deliver more materials and he was super nice. Chris and Caesar got the install done in one day too! The new unit looks so much more professionally installed than our old one. It is night and day! I will always use Agee's and I will recommend them to anyone and everyone! Y'all have a great team!

While the company has always been staffed with competent and courteous technicians, Mr. Kelly Smothers stands out as one of the best. He has clearly been diligent in his effort to do a good job. Regardless of the demands of his schedule, he has always taken the time to thoroughly answer my questions. He has explained complex technical concepts in terms understandable by the non-technician.

Nearly 100 degrees outside and one of my A/Cs went out. Agee's came out and fixed it fast. Then it was time for my inspections of both A/Cs. Again, Agee's was prompt, efficient, courteous, and careful of my belongings as they moved around the house. I couldn't have asked for better service either time. And I can't say enough good things about Zach Gonzalez...always a smile on his face and patient when explaining things to me!

Zach took care of our semi-annual service and provided a professional close out summary. He told us Mike would contact us to schedule the warranty follow up service appointment. He contacted us two days later for the service tech appointment. When Bryan came out yesterday the service took a little longer than expected. He also noticed the electrical outlet in the attic that supplied power to the AC heater unit was hotter than normal. I appreciated his keen observation and thanked him for his recommendation. He just suggested I replace the plug so I asked him if he could take care of it. Luckily he had an outlet in his van and I was glad to pay the minimal cost and avoid a potential unknown hazard. We've been Agee customers since 1988 and their service is outstanding.
