Just wanted to thank you for an awesome process/product once again. This was the second time we’ve hired the Granite Guy (2 separate homes, 5 years apart) and it’s been an amazing experience each time. From the sales process (Chad) to the measurement (Joe) to the install (Anthony, Don and crew), it went off without a hitch. Nice, courteous and efficient crew and beautiful end result. Best part, we were a little worried that we may lose some of the backsplash tile in the demo process, but there wasn’t even one scratch to be found. Truly a professional business. I looked at a number of different granite warehouses before stumbling upon The Granite Guy. They easily have the most comprehensive selection of natural and man-made stone in the greater Columbus area. Chrissy was AMAZING to work with throughout the entire process. She made it all seem so easy and even helped

Before doing a complete kitchen renovation, I did a TON of research and received quotes from four companies on new countertops. What I found is that much like everything else in life, you’re going to get what you pay for! I chose The Granite Guy based on their well established history of both quality & craftsmanship. They also had a huge selection of slabs on site, which made choosing so quick and easy. And the customer service is definitely top shelf. I got a great price on my granite and it was a great experience from start to finish.
Special thanks to Chrissy, who’s an absolute joy to work with! She is very knowledgeable and explains everything you’ll need to know, clearly and concisely. Chrissy kept me informed and updated throughout the process, beginning from the moment I walked into the showroom. The gentlemen who took the laser measurements and and the installers were second to none as well. The entire process from selection to install was less than two weeks and the precision & craftsmanship are every bit as good as advertised -which rarely happens in life! These guys are head & shoulders above the rest.

I was scared to death to start a complete kitchen remodel but Chrissy Bossetti was so knowledgeable and helpful that the entire process was a breeze. She not only designed the perfect kitchen using my limited space but she also took the time to answer all my questions and basically walked me through the entire process. We got multiple pieces for our master shower and bathroom remodel. From picking out the granite to fabrication, everyone we worked with, including Cody and Joe, we're extremely helpful. The gentlemen who took care of fabrication took extra care in ensuring the pieces were cut properly and provided great customer service. This is our second project with the Granite Guy. We will definitely use the Granite Guy for future remodels.

Wow! If you are looking for stone countertops in the Columbus area, you MUST go here! We are first timers, and were excited to replace our kitchen counters. We went to a few places prior to this and were treated like WE (the newbies) were supposed to know all the ins and outs of the process. It had left us feeling discouraged and unsure of how to proceed. On a whim, we decided to go to The Granite Guy. Talk about a completely different experience! Cody and Gary walked us through the entire process and made it easy to pick the materials. They explained exactly what to expect. To top it off, The Granite Guy handles fabrication, delivery, and installation so we didn’t have to go searching for a contractor ourselves. We were sold— and even decided to do our bathroom counters at the same time! Within two weeks, our countertops are installed. And let me tell you about THAT experience, because it was also incredible! Jesse and his crew arrived promptly. They were kind, friendly, and polite. Even better though— they did an amazingly high quality job in HALF the time I expected. I am floored by the experience, because after the first places we visited I did not have high expectations. The Granite Guy completely changed that with their quality of service! I will be using them for any stone purchases we make in the future, as well as recommending to all of my friends and family members who are looking to buy as well. Do yourself a service and visit! Working with Coty at the Granite Guy was great. The slab selection was nice. Scheduling the installation of the granite and new farmhouse sink went perfectly. The GG was excellent with communication as well. Definitely recommend using this company!

Had a good experience at The Granite Guy. I had never shopped for granite before. The showroom is large, well-lit, with lots of options. Pricing is listed on each slab, which I appreciated. I went to others and they didn't compare. The fabrication and installation was done well. A small piece next to my oven wasn't installed quite straight. I called them, and they came back out and fixed it within 2 days. The granite is beautiful. Would recommend!
