Very professional from start to finish. The installers were on time and cleaned everything up nicely. Tom also took the time to review what they did, how to use our thermostat and recommendations to keep our new furnace in good shape.

This company is the best there is. They are always fast, efficient and friendly. Also very sympathetic to your needs for heating and cooling. We’ve called on them in the dead of winter when our heat was out and they helped us with temporary heating until the needed parts came in which was as quickly as next day. This time it was the AC that needed a part and it was here the next day. We had Anthony take care of us this time. Thank you Anthony and everyone else at Schutz heating and cooling.

Despite what I’m sure is a very busy schedule (we’re in the middle of 90 degree weeks), they got me on the schedule within 24 hours. The serviceman was punctual, through, very kind and explained things in detail... the consummate professional! You guys have the greatest people in the world working for you - the office staff couldn’t have been nicer or more sympathetic to my situation. The service men arrived right on time. They explained everting, very polite, smiled and even joked with us When the next crew arrived they were just as good. What a team the 4 men were; professional with a smile. When we had a question the lead man would stop with a smile and answer us. Their workman ship was perfect. The job was completed in one day. The site was cleaned up. I have to admit that after the unit was installed it looked better than when they started. After installing all day the lead man took his time explaining how are unit worked and what we had to do to maintain it. 😊. We are so happy. We would recommend Schultz & Co and especially this great group of men. Thanx guys.

Highly recommend this company on February 26 my furnace quit working woke up to a freezing home I contacted Schutz at 8:20am I was informed that the will send a technician to check it out at around 9am.at around 8:45 technician was there he inspected the furnace to find that there was a broken wire that was causing the furnace not to kick on he fixed the problem rite away and only charge me $99 for the visit which I paid with a smile because he could have simply charged me way more without me having a clue.Thank u Schutz for been an ethical and honest company I will be a lifetime customer.god bless u all

I highly recommend Schutz & Co. Inc. Heating and Cooling. We needed to replace our furnace several years ago, and Schutz & Co. went above and beyond to do an awesome job. We have them do scheduled maintenance once a year to keep everything running smoothly. This year we just had their service technician Matt. He was extremely professional, and knowledgeable. Tony the owner is very knowledgeable and very helpful. Tom came out and measured everything and explained everything that was needed and went over several ac options. the installers were the best they worked all day making sure everything was right and I understood what they did and how it works. in all everyone I dealt with were very professional and answered all my concerns. I would definitely recommend them for any needs. I also signed up for furnace and ac future check ups

I just had them install a new HVAC, water heater, and humidifier in my condo. Rebecca, office manager, was very professional and knowledgeable about the product. The service men were punctual, polite, professional and conscientious. They protected my floors with drop cloths and did a great job with the clean up. The job was completed in a day as 4 servicemen were provided. I would highly recommend this company. I love the TRANE product and especially like that this company is local. I know I can count on them for great service if needed.
