I have had a fantastic time working with the team at HERO. David Fleming has been a very excellent and trustworthy professional to deal with. He has shown me things that other professionals did that cost me money (unnecessarily) and also ways for me keep more of my money. Super diligent, on time, does what they say they will do. I will not work with anyone else.

This is a very professional HVAC company! We hired them to fix and install a couple of smart thermostats and make sure everything was working good for the heat of summer! First the office was very enthusiastic and professional. Very friendly and accommodating for our schedule. Next the service tech was outstanding! They found the root of the issue and was very helpful explaining things. But even better yet did not try to push any un needed work or items on us! They believe in being fair and up-front! We will use them for any work we need in the future hands down!

I had a great experience from the first phone call! I'm usually fairly critical when it comes to reviewing others, I like to add constructive criticisms or people to read in my reviews not just the good or the bad.
I don't know the name of the very pleasant lady that answered the phone, she was courteous, friendly, and most importantly Helpful!
She didn't over promise, she followed up with courtesy calls to keep me informed; all-all-all it's like customer service back when companies still gave a shit!
When the tech arrived he was just as professional and courteous as the original call, he didn't just rush in and do a quick assessment; even though his initial troubleshooting was correct, he took the time to check the unit throughly inside and out, he climbed through the the attic to check the lines to confirm his initial suspicions were accurate.
He had to return the next morning with additional 2 guys help to address the problem; even though I'm sure two were enough to do the job, they spent more time fixing, confirming the fix, and ensuring everything was tied up & cleaned up thoroughly, they also stuck around extra time to ensure it was working optimally.
I'm a project engineer and have worked & hired with many vendors & tradesmen and I can say my experience with Hero is above average, so I've added them to my contacts, I will call them next time I have an issue, and moser importantly I'd recommended them to my friends!

Our heat went out sometime Sunday night (New Years Eve) and Hero was here at noon today. Without waiting for hours to get an approval from the warranty company, they went ahead and replaced the part. Now we’re enjoying the warmth again!
