This company was exceptional. They did exactly what they said the job would require. They had to replace the pipes for my home. Dan and his team did a great job, I will not be using any other company for my home services. The job was done in 1 day like they said it would. Danny B. and Dillon were great. They showed up right away and were able to help get my boilers up and running again. They showed me exactly what was wrong and and explained it very clearly so I knew what my best path was, which was great as I do not know much about the heating systems. Overall great experience and happy to have my heat working again heading into the winter months!

On Sunday evening, I was tending my vermiculture farm in the basement, when I suddenly heard water splashing. It was my hot water tank in the middle of a spectacular fail, pouring water onto the basement floor.
The emergency response team at Folkes were fantastic, talking me through shutting down the water to the tank in order to contain the damage, and arriving shortly thereafter to inspect the unit and make recommendations.
Not only that, but I received a text with the technicians name and photo before he arrived. I was really impressed that the management at Folkes was conscientious about my safety as well as my business.
Yesterday, I had a team here to install my new on demand hot water system, and I love it. The team was prompt, courteous, efficient, and left the basement cleaner than when they arrived.
Once again, I had received a text with the photo of the lead technician.

Folkes is great. called very early in the morning having woke up to no heat or hot water. Got a call back in a timely manner and a tech was here 15 minutes later. Noah was super nice, super professional, and super young which was great to see knowing that not many young mean or women are going into the HVAC field. Great job Noah and Folkes! 2 thumbs up!

very pleased with Greg and Noah when they came to repair my central AC which was not working on a 98 degree day. I called Folkes in the morning requesting an appointment and they were able to accommodate me that same day. Very pleased with their service. My air conditioning started blowing hot air out of vent around 4 pm . I have a pug and a French bulldog and they have problems breathing . Dustin is my customer and always offers his service to me if needed . We’ll I needed his service on this very night. I had a tech come to my home called me to make me aware he was at our rescue . The tech arrived at 830pm and greeted us with his friendly personality . It took him 5 minutes to discover the problem . He was efficient and explaining the reasons and why fir the things he had to do . Customer service is key and I will use this Folkes for future service for my home . Called Monday morning with no AC. Blowing hot air. Had a technician at the house literally three hours later! The guy diagnosed and fixed the problem and was out the door in about an hour. Excellent service, fair pricing, And most importantly fixed the job right the first time! Highly recommend!
