I called several appliance repair businesses and no one could come for at least a week! I called AGB and they had someone at my house within an hour and a half! Their service call charge was far more reasonable than the others I called and it was rolled into the cost of the repair if you had them do the repair. It didn’t take long to fix it and my dishwasher is back as good as new! Will certainly use them again.

An absolutely professional company! Andrew was incredibly informative and helpful! He went above and beyond and even helped us in our dealings with the manufacturer! He was able to save us 50% off of our new appliance from the manufacturer as well.

I’m incredibly happy with their work! They came to check my fridge and repaired it within the hour. They replaced the thermostat and now it is cooling perfectly. I will definitively be calling them again in the future!

When you need appliance repair, you typically do not know who to call because it is not something you normally deal with and you usually need service immediately. Our washer stopped working and we started to do some research on appliance repair companies that were within a 30 mile radius of our home. We mainly relied on reviews just like what I am providing now to narrow down our decision. Even though it was at 8 pm, we received a response back with a promise to be at our home the next day at 6 pm. We received a phone call when they were 30 minutes out and quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the necessary replacement part, and set another appointment to complete the repairs. Again, when they were 30 minutes out, we received another call to let us know. We know many people are quick to provide a negative review, but not as quick to leave a positive review. We wanted to make sure we spent the time to leave this positive review so that anyone who needs appliance repair should consider using AGB appliance repair. We will definitely call AGB appliance in the future for any appliance issues. Thank you so much for your professionalism, knowledge of your trade, and your customer service skills.

This was my first experience with this company. The technician arrived at the appointed time. I diagnosed and explained the problem in my refrigerator quite clearly. He had the necessary part to repair with him and the repair was completed the same day. Excellent work and recommendations from this company.

Andrei came the next day within the window. Had the parts and quickly got to work repairing our dryer. He quickly discovered that we were days away from a fire and showed us the lint that was burning inside the unit. He fixed the dryer and helped find a duct cleaning service that wasn’t going to charge a crazy amount. He was informative, helpful, and reasonably priced.

I so totally recommend these guys they did such an amazing job and didn't take quite long as soon as I made my appointment they arrived on time and looked at what was wrong and knew then and there what the problem was . Like I said very much recommend!! If you need assistance as soon as possible because they out did any other company. They stuck to all the COVID rules

The appointment was simple and they had a qualified technician scheduled on the same day. The technician was responsive and thorough. He recommended an approach and shared the details on why he rationalized the approach. All in I would call AGB for any future appliance repair requests.

I requested an estimate from AGB to repair a dishwasher that was approximately 8 years. I described the problem and received a prompt response from the owner. He indicated, based on the age, that repairs would probably not be cost justified. This is a response that could cost him potential business. It is really a pleasure to deal with honest people and I will definitely consider AGB in the future if I need any other appliance repairs. Highly recommend!
