Got home after 7:00 on a Thursday to find our air had gone out. Called Lappe and left a message, got a call back in about 15 minutes. They were here the next day, great service!

On the coldest day of the year the furnace went out. They were so gracious to come on the weekend and get it fixed. Great service and we are warm again!! I highly recommend.

Had a very good experience with Lappe heating and air. Had an issue on a Saturday morning, within an hour had a guy over here and issue fixed. Highly recommended, Dave will take care of you!

I got a quote for new AC on Friday. Their guys were at my house around 8:20 on Monday and were finished by 12:30. They were friendly and worked non-stop the whole time they were here. Checked to make sure air and heat worked before they left. Very pleased.

Imagine being at work and getting a phone call from your wife who is at home with a 12 week old baby and hearing "it's so hot in the house, the thermostat says it is 83!"
Not such a hot phone call to have.
Thankfully, Ed at Lappe heating and air came to the rescue on short notice.

Thank you so much for saving the day for me today! My central air went out last night in this heat wave and I was just sure I wouldn't be able to get anyone to come today to look at but you made time for me even though I know your workload is probably huge! He knew what it was right away, was professional and even showed up early I will let everyone I know what a great job you did for me....I would give a higher rating of I could.

We had another company look at our furnace and told us it would be $1300 to fix because of a bad circuit board and thermostat. Lappe came out for a second opinion and discovered the switch just wasn't working correctly and got it back in working order. Thank you, Lappe Heating and Air. You now have a new customer for life!
