We called Weathermakers Monday morning because our AC stopped working in the middle of the night on Sunday. The woman who answered the phone was very helpful and promised to fit us in some how. She said she was able to get someone out to us in the afternoon. Matt called at 11 am and said he's on his way.
Matt arrived promptly and was able to diagnose the problem, a blown condenser, on a year old unit! Who would have thought! Matt did and was able to get us up and cooling again.
Thanks folks, we won't be using anybody else!!!!

Great company! Bought a brand new unit almost 2 years ago, no issues- have it maintained/inspected 1-2 times a year- Anthony the technician is professional & gives all options of maintenance if needed without a hard sell plus always on time- will always recommend Weathermakers

He is most professional as well as knowing his expertise in his field I'm totally confident in his ability and work ethic. Extremely impressed with the service by Weathermakers AC. My AC unit wouldn't turn on today and I happened see one of their service trucks in my community. I approached the service man, Matt, to simply get a business card, but after a quick discussion of my issue he offered to come check out the unit on the spot. He quickly got my unit running, told me what caused it, and what would need to be fixed in the future. There is no doubt I will use Weathermakers for all future AC needs.

LOVE this company! Our tech, Scooter, was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. Instead of the pricey repairs the first company recommended, Scooter let us know that our system was in good operating condition and didn't need a thing (but he did suggest more insulation in the attic, which is exactly what we thought!) We definitely will be using Scooter and Weathermakers in the future
