Mark was our salesman and he went above and beyond to help us understand what all work would be completed and made everything very thorough for us! We were having a interior drain installed with a sub pump in our basement that kept flooding.

The crew members were the main Hero’s and did absolutely amazing work on our 1930 built house. I know their job was not easy by any means. Days of long, hot and hard work! Cameron and his crew were absolutely amazing and were all very polite and all such hard workers. Upon the first demo day, they realized that our footer was practically nonexistent so this added on 1-2 more days of work. Cam and his crew went above and beyond to make sure they got the job done in a effective and timely manner. I did hear Cam give a few encouraging words to keep his crew going along the way! All the guys worked a very long day on the last day and we can not thank them enough!!
Also, make sure to feed your crewmen if you know they have a long day ahead of them! They will appreciate it for all their hard work!
The team did a quick emergency project when we uncovered significant basement wall compromised. The cost was fair and allowed my construction project not to be delayed. Thanks for a great job.

From beginning to completion I was completely satisfied with the level of professionalism. Russell viewed the crawl space and explained options. He provided a detailed estimate of the work needed without trying to break my wallet or pressuring me. Sedona sent me prompt information from the office and kept updated on my scheduled appointment. Khari was the technician foreman and along with his team provided consistent arrival times, fully explained there work and did a fantastic job on my homes crawl space. They explained every step along the way, called me to watch the dreaded water disappear, and explained the lifetime warranty. I got paperwork for the warranty as well as pictures and videos of the job for possible future use. I will use this company again and will be sure to ask for Michael and Shana.

Michael, Shannon and Anthony were superb. We needed help fast. They were quick to arrive, very courteous, efficient and the work area was very clean. We were given information as they worked. Additional repair was needed due to an issue they found. The crew was able to complete the job within the estimated time even including the additional repairs needed.

We used 58 Foundation. Michael, Shana, Anthony came to our house to repair foundation work. They are excellent individuals to meet and get know. If we had any questions they were very informative and treated us with upmost respect. They came today and talked with us about the process of what they were doing and reminded us to not touch or do anything for 24 hours to allow dry time. Their work ethic was very professional. Michael Bourne and his Chattanooga crew did wonderful work in our basement installing a sump pump and waterproofing our walls. I was 6 hours away and he kept me updated with pictures and videos via text. It was fascinating to watch the different steps. The way they cleaned up was also a plus since I wasn’t there. I highly recommend them!!!

I can't say enough good things about Michael Bourne and his crew from Chattanooga. They explained everything in detail and performed the work in an efficient and professional manner. They even saved a very large and old rhododendron we had near the pier site by gently taking it out then replanting it.
