I'm so excited I found this company. I had dealt with someone else previously and didn't have the best experience. I just moved here and knew I would need to find someone who could help with projects I couldn't figure out myself. Welp I found them!!! They were great! On time, fair pricing and were able to help me get my closet installed. They were super organized and able to figure out the problems that I had with metal studs. I will never use another company. If you're on the edge and not sure, trust me when I say hire them!!!!! I will not use anyone else. Thank you!

This review is long overdue but worth the 5 star rating. I met Dan last year when one of my tenants moved out with no notice. He came into unit that needed a full gut demo on the kitchen and was unfazed by the mess that these tenants had left. He and his team were so professional and super helpful every step of the way, especially since I live on the East Coast. Dan kept me updated on the status of the projects, working to meet my deadlines for showing and leasing the unit.
He has a network of workers with lots of experience in the trades. He was able to get all the window screens replaced, which I was having an impossible time hiring someone to do.
His work was so good, I asked him back to redo the 2nd floor kitchen & bath, paint, redo hardwood floors, install ceiling fans, and create a custom barn door for the master walk-in closet.
Ready for him to bring his team and refresh the 1st floor duplex unit now!

Dan installed a new Waste King kitchen disposal unit, purchased through Amazon. He notified through text before arrival which was very helpful. Unfortunately, the unit that I purchased did not have the same hook up as the unit to be replaced (needed an outlet). Dan explained everything very clearly and offered a quick solution. When I gave the go-ahead, he promptly purchased the necessary parts at a local hardware store and installed the disposal unit with new outlet in under 30 minutes.
Overall, very impressed by his friendliness, honesty, and resourcefulness - not to mention a professional job. I would definitely recommend his services.

Had them install an exterior door, storm door, and paint. Responded immediately and the install went well. *edit* Initially had some stuff that I was not satisfied with, but the person who originally worked on it is not longer there. They offered to come back and complete the job and I am very happy with the final product plus they cared enough to make it right.

I just moved into a new home and there were a few odds and ends and one broken garbage disposal that I needed help with. Dan got back to me right away. We spoke on Thursday and he was there the following Monday to help. He accurately estimated the scope of work, picked up the needed materials for the job and was very pleasant. I will definitely have Dan back for any additional needs.

I just bought my first condo and had a bunch of things that needed fixing up. I was worried that I would have to call different people to help me fix different things. A friend recommended that I call Dan and I'm really glad I did! He was familiar with everything that needed to be fixed and worked around my insane schedule to help me out. He's the best! Dan came by to help with my hardwood floor when no one else would. He offered suggestions and help in a way a regular guy like me could understand. He turned a project I thought was hopeless into something manageable and affordable.
