On time, friendly, and showed me how to use my fireplace. I've called him before for an older home we had and called him again since we moved. Would recommend him to everyone! Was considerate of the house (took off shoes, placed blanket down on the floor by the fireplace), & cleaned everything up. Lee was prompt and efficient. He inspected, cleaned, and repaired our fireplace, and was unexpectedly able to cap it the same day! As this is the first time we have a fireplace in our home, he took the time to make sure we knew how to operate it correctly.
