in early November had a tree come thru the roof. Unfortunately, DKI is the insurance preferred vendor.
James, the estimator is the rudest and most incompetent person I have ever had to deal with. Little to no notice given when he or his crews decide to show up. His crews installed a dehumidifier but failed to hook up the drain hose to the machine so the carpet was soaked. James was supposed to verify that the tarping done by tree guys was sufficient...he gave the ok...next rain, house was flooded again. when he was called, all he gave was attitude. and now we have been sitting for WEEKS waiting for a simple bid to be turned into the insurance so that the work can get done! I would NEVER recommend them and DKI should be embarrassed to have James representing them

I've recently had the pleasure of getting to know these guys a little bit. We work together at times to tackle a job from all angles and get it done. They are a great team of people!
It was a stressful situation that our church dealt with last week, as we discovered a leak that had gone into the wall, under the cabinets and under.
Thorough, professional and efficient. Derek kept us informed throughout the entire process and put our minds at ease. We would recommend DKI to anyone in need of their specialized services!

Cyndy Miller is the most amazing lady. After we lost our house through a fire, Cyndy was there like an angle. Cyndy was so passionate and caring; personable, yet professional. Although we can't wait to move back in to our home, it will be bitter-sweet realizing that she won't be around. My wife and I will certainly miss her. Thanks Ms Miller.
I had a car drive through a wall (yes, THROUGH a wall) at my bookstore today. I was totally frazzled, and having no idea what the heck to do after the police and fire department were done. It's not like this happens often enough to have a check list for how to deal with it. Well the firefighters gave me the number for these guys and in less than 30 minutes I had someone onsite to consult. They took the ball from there and cleaned up the debris, boarded up the big hole in the wall, vacuumed my floor and even my books! As the person who was standing next to all this mess ready to cry and pull my hair out at all that had to be done, I was amazed. Less than 6 hours after it happened I was staring at something manageable and not, what seemed to me, to be Armageddon. I cannot thank you guys enough for turning madness and mayhem Into a starting point for moving forward.
