I heard about Abbott's from friend when my hot water heater busted and flooded half my house. I was very nervous but the crew put me at ease and the process was a lot better than I thought it would be, even the insurance claim. Jack and his team saved me and my client when we found out their property had mold. I needed someone to come out and take care of it immediately. I can't find one thing wrong with the services I got from Abbott's. My office suffered from a water leak that was caused from another business next door. It could have been MAJOR damage, but Jack prevented that from happening. I was concerned that the water damage would cause mold. Jack came in such a timely matter, and I just can't thank him enough for being there almost instantly after contacting him. Abbott's handled the situation in a very professional matter. Overall, I would definitely contact him again in case I come across these kind of accidents. Thank you Jack for taking care of me and my office!

Abbotts fire and flood damage is a great company to work with. We called them when our bedroom became flooded due to a broken pipe under home in San Diego. They came out and did a great job removing all the mold. The entire staff was helpful during a rough time. I would use them again in the future even though I hope it never happens to us again!
