Schessler Ready Mix

We have proudly provided high quality road construction materials and services to Laurel, Montana and the surrounding areas for over 60 years! Schessler Ready Mix was opened by Herman "Ike" Schessler, and his wife Lois, in 1930 as an excavation business. In 1950, the business entered the ready-mix concrete industry, and Herman was joined by his son, Bob, and John Miller, making the business Schessler-Miller Ready Mix, Inc. Bob Schessler and John Miller operated the plant from 1972 to 1992. Bob eventually bought out his business partner's share of the company to make way for his son, Rob.
