Proper surface preparation is critical to a successful and long lasting coating job and removal of existing floor coatings. Proper surface preparation is required by all floor coatings manufacturers. Our company provides the most commonly specified surface preparation methods used on concrete floors: shot blasting, scarifying and concrete grinding. Shot blasting is one of the cleanest and fastest methods of mechanical abrasion. Shot blasting can be used for floors in sensitive areas that are otherwise "off limits" to other methods.
Liquid Granite transforms a floor surface into a beautiful area that has the look and granite or terrazzo flooring. Colored quartz floors are epoxy-based floor systems that are designed to be a decorative, cleanable, and a slip resistant surface that is non-porous. Concrete floor surfaces - whether new or old - can be ground to a high-gloss finish with our state of the art polishing equipment. Retail, warehouse, and office facilities are opting for polished concrete to achieve that contemporary and high-luster look floor.
All our work is done in a professional manner. All work is performed by experienced, skillful craftsmen to assure finished work of first-class quality and durability. All paints and coatings are mixed and applied strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's printed instructions. All materials are applied evenly with proper film thickness and free of runs, sags, skips, and other defects. At completion of work we will remove all materials (except those needed by owners for touch-up work), supplies, debris, and rubbish, and we leave the area an an acceptable condition.
