Honestly, I'm speechless over the way I was just treated in this establishment. Joani actually helped me with my house several years ago and we were very pleased! I have held off writing this review because I really like the store and want it to be successful, being that Joani is a local mom. I'm sorry to say, I can't recommend this store to clients or friends after today. As a store front, there is a level of customer service that must be delivered. Clearly, the people running this store are not aware of what that should look like and don't seem to care.
