In 1999 Owner Ryan Neal started Services by Ryan. This was a part-time venture doing side work while working for a local heavy highway company. As the side business grew it was decided in 2007 that this was going to be a full-time venture with a focus on decorative concrete. Services by Ryan was shortened to SBB and we added the word concrete to identify what we do. The decorative market allowed us to express our creativity while providing higher quality workmanship than found in heavy highway construction.
