Pamela Corbitt is the office administrative assistant. Pamela performs a wide range of office administrative tasks related to customer calls, job management and tracking, scheduling of jobs, and customer satisfaction activities. She performs basic accounting duties and uses Xactimate, our estimating software. Pamela performs general office duties such as drafting correspondence, filing, and creating reports as well as coordinating social media activities. She holds IICRC Certification as an WRT (Water Removal Technician) which is an important benefit in her customer service roles.
