TLB Wood Products LLC was established in 1999. We source and manufacture wood materials into exceptional landscape mulch, animal bedding and biomass fuel. In order to provide the highest standard of customer service along with efficient, timely delivery of our materials, we also operate our own transportation division known as TLB Transit Inc. We source raw materials and ship our finished products throughout the state of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. In addition, we offer transportation services throughout the Midwest region.
After the color is "locked", there is no issue with rain however it should not be spread during rainy conditions or when rain is in the near forecast. Colored mulch is processed with a water based dye and needs a minimum of 6 hours of sun and wind after the material has been laid for the colorant to dry and 'lock'. Colored mulch will lose color value if applied during rainy conditions. Colored mulch retains its vivid colors longer than traditional mulch. However, as with traditional mulch, you should periodically check colored mulch for compaction, and use a cultivator or rake to loosen it up.
