Murff Turf Farm's goals are to provide our customers with quality turf products that are freshly harvested and deal with our customers in a fair and honest manner. Murff Turf Farm began in 1969 by Bill Murff. Bill was a high school Agriculture teacher looking for a way to supplement his teaching salary. Starting with 15 acres, Bill began to produce Floratam. Over 44 years later, Murff Turf Farm produces over 2,000 acres of turf for sale in and around the Houston, TX area, with many varieties to offer its customers.
