We power wash prior to painting or staining, to remove dirt and debri and chalking from the old paint. Scrape old flaky paint and sand if necessary. Prime raw exposed wood and than paint. Nails get hammered in and cracks and all seams get caulked. All window seals get caulked. We cover windows and fixtures to insure no overspray.
