Swalley Irrigation District

Piping our old, leaky canals is an ongoing effort here at Swalley. Every year we try to round up the funding and partnerships to put as much pipe as we can in the ground. Piping projects allow water. A revised version of our Development Handbook, V1.09 was last approved by our Board of Directors on November 18, 2020. Please review the following documents closely and contact the District for more. Developed by hardy pioneers, Swalley was originally organized as the Deschutes Reclamation and Irrigation Company (DRIC) in 1899.
