Thomas R. McHaffie and Company, Inc. is a Custom Home Builder company, based in Carmel, Indiana, serving the northern Indianapolis Suburbs, and surrounding communities. The company was incorporated in 1988 when it built its first home, and has been a successful Custom Building company ever since. We specialize in High Quality Custom Homes, which in recent years have varied in price from $450,000 to over $3 Million. We personally design most of the homes we build, and offer a Home Design Service, to those customers who wish to build outside of our geographical building market.

When I founded Thomas R. McHaffie and Company in 1988, my goal was to become one of the best Builders in the city. My goal was never, and is still not, to become a large organization. I take on only those projects I can personally supervise, with the help of my field superintendent. And so, when you build with my company, you build with me. I work very closely with each building customer, to assure you the highest level of personal attention and satisfaction before we start, during the project, and after the project is completed.
