A guarantee is perhaps the most vital part of every housepainting estimate, so it is important to read it over carefully. Many painting contractors will claim to "guarantee" their work, but what they actually offer is a "workmanship warranty". When getting a housepainting estimate, be wary of phrases such as "we guarantee that if any paint job should fail due to improper workmanship" or "we can not guarantee that paint will not fail on areas where damage was caused by water or rotted wood". Because the cause of peeling paint could arguably be water or moisture related, many painting contractor's guarantees are essentially worthless to the customer.
We offer repair work which includes siding and soffit board replacement, wooden step and porch reconstruction, window sill replacement, etc. Carpenters are insured and provide necessary tools and equipment. Cost of repairs are additional to the painting.
