From their offices in St. Petersburg, Florida, Southern Exteriors Landscape Development Inc. has served the greater Tampa Bay area since 1989. Southern Exteriors is first and foremost a design, cost-effective, quality design and execution landscape construction service. Owner / operator James J. "Jim" Cunneen, a horticulturist and landscape designer, founded and over sees the firms day to day operations. Jim's goal is to provide timeless landscape designs that will evolve and complement the structure as well as it's owner.
