Founder and President Lou Gabriel, is a graduate of the engineering and construction management programs at Arizona State University. Lou complements his formal education with a lifetime of construction knowledge, as a third generation contractor he has spent the last twenty years working hands on in the field and operating various construction companies. Outdoor Concepts is well versed in all aspects of swimming pool & landscape construction. From simple back yards and elaborate estates to commercial and community pools we strive to achieve our clients visions.
