James (the owner), was extremely professional and paid great attention to details and explaining the process and work to be preformed. He was actually over the top with his prompt response to my phone calls or text messages and willingness to work around my maintenance person's schedule when it became apparent the whole back deck had to be replaced. When he returned to paint the back deck he also touched up trim around the new windows that had been installed.
