Cornelius Construction Company is a building contractor specializing in custom home remodeling, design-build and home additions throughout Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, Jacksonville Beach, Ponte Vedra Beach; and the Jacksonville communities of Intracoastal West, San Marco, Ortega, Riverside and Avondale. Since 1985 Cornelius Construction Company has built, designed, or renovated hundreds of homes in the Northeast Florida area, including the beaches. We have worked with some of the very best architects, including the much-loved and well known William Morgan, and Steven Harris Architects.
