I have used Linn's Carpet Service for all my Family's Carpet needs and they have anyways done a great job.
We had Linn's install new carpet innour living room a few years ago. Just a few weeks ago we noticed our carpet had bubbles under ir. We called, and someone took our concern and said they would have service call us within a couple days to set up a time to come out. It has been over 3 weeks and no one has called us back. We finally had someone else we know in the carpet business come and fix the problem. He told us there were installation issues and that is why it started to finally bubble. He had to reglue a couple of seams and restretch the carpet. There were even staples used in jnstallation that should not have been needed. Needless to say, we are disappointed.
