Windsor Construction

Windsor Construction Company was established in January 1992 with the focus of providing general contractor services for a select small client base. Ken Sinner and, now retired, Glenn Gronnerud, the founding principles of Windsor Construction, had previously managed the Northwest in-house construction subsidiary of Lincoln Property Company. They recognized the need of developers, who did not have in-house construction capability, to have a contractor who viewed the success of the developer to be as important as their own.
