GMC-CMI Corporation was started by George M. Casady in 1986 as a small construction management firm. Since then we have grown into a corporation that currently employs over thirty knowledgeable team members who each work hard every day to make sure we serve our clients with the most reliable and accurate services. As the Company moved from simply making observations about construction projects to generating complex investigative reports and detailed project monitoring services, the fundamental tenets used in our beginnings as a construction management firm have been consistently carried forward.
