Melka Marine, Inc. was established in 1971 and incorporated in January 1975. Melka Marine is a Virginia Class A contractor specializing in marine construction and commercial diving. Our commercial diving crew has performed dives throughout the Eastern United States. Our diving, marine and land construction services are highly respected. The company provides marine construction, repair and diving services as a general contractor and as a subcontractor.
