Signature Custom Homes is a great company to work with. They listen to their customers needs and wants. I have seen several homes they have done and they built the Church I am a member of their work is beautiful. Their knowledge and attention to detail is refreshing. They know what will work in an area and what won't.
My Church is beautiful and it is now 3 years old, still looks brand new. The kitchen and bathrooms in the church are beautiful, staying with in cost and producing high quality.
I can not recommend this company enough!

We had a major remodel including adding an addition on the ground level and second level. They gave us many ideas which greatly enhanced our house. When seeing the results for the first time, the reaction has been a WOW from our friends and family.

Our partnership selected Signature to bid on construction of a spec home for us
on Mercer Island. Between working with the architectural plans and changes ; they were able to "add" some interesting concepts" that enhanced the look and feel of the home. Their Director of Operations knew all the details and could identify what/where/why and when when asked drilling questions. It is a small operation but built on family and trust and quality. Their employees are treated as family and respect working with and for this builder. Getting to know a location and how the city operates takes time and patience. They work ethic is more like "old time" which we valued especially seeing the results.
We were so pleased; we actually engaged their company for another bigger project with elevator and roof top decks; seemingly hundreds of piles and earth work taken out and new required to be placed in.... We didn't get off the ground timing wise out the start gate and had some contractors switch hats (which we know was happening where builders were stealing contractors from other builders) - so we got extended in getting to the finish line. Looking back - as a spec project...we did very well and the market just loved the house - quality of the workmanship - features of the home - finish work. It was a wise investment and were most pleased with Signature Custom Homes.

These guys are amazing! They are the most up-to-date on all the latest, greatest, cutting edge building styles and techniques in the Seattle area and they do incredible, top quality work. You will be blessed to have them take on your project!!
