They did my floor in September it lasted until December. They sent installer to look at it. It must have been tougher than expected. I have yet to receive any word two months later. This was at the Martinsville VA store.
This is for the Christiansburg store. The people were actually very nice in store but that's about it. We went in and picked out carpet and gave them a diagram with dimensions of how to cut it and bind it. They told us 2-3 weeks. We started calling around 5 weeks in wondering what was up and they kept telling us our associate would call us back later, around 6 weeks we went in store to ask and they had lost our paper with the drawing and dimensions back the day we gave it to them 6 weeks prior. Had to redo the measuring and redrew the shape with dimensions, they did a nice job expediting it to be done quickly then.but it wasn't even correctly cut!
