Greg has been involved with the mechanical insulation industry since 1981. He is responsible for developing policies and procedures to facilitate continuity in personnel and best work practices. Oscar has been involved with the mechanical insulation industry since 1991. He is responsible for all Field Operations including personnel, site safety and labor control. He is responsible for hiring and managing our most valuable asset - our employees. He ensures our employees are safeguarded through training, provision of appropriate work surroundings, and procedures that foster protection of health and safety.
