The bid I received was so lacking in detail, I got another bid for a gate. The opposing bid was so detailed in what they were providing there was no comparison. Obviously I went with the competitive bid to know what product I was purchasing. would not re commend Western Fence.

This crew of three with Russell Gardner (foreman) and Peni and Jeff were absolutely the best. They did a tremendous job. The job they did was top notch and they resolved any issues or challenges that the job threw at them with great solutions and a smile on their faces. I highly recommend Western Fence! My family & I totally love our new green privacy slat chain link fence. We now can let our dog & cats run free in the back yard & we love being in the yard now, feeling so cozy & private back there!
I contacted several companies to get bids & only one other company besides Western Fence responded to my request. Our salesman Lee was so great to work with! He came out to my house within a day of me requesting the quote on the website. He gave me multiple options to choose from & patiently revised the quotes as I was unsure what I wanted to do. Their prices were comparable to the other bid I got & our salesman Lee was able to make some adjustments to get me the better price.
Everyone on the crew was so friendly and if there was a question they communicated with me and made it clear that they want to make sure I am happy with the fence. I love our double wide swing gate in the driveway as well. Their welder Mark is an excellent welder.

Angry. Had our fence installed 6 months ago, the post attached to the gate is cracked down the middle, gate wouldn't even close and has now COMPLETELY fallen over and broken, boards are coming off, fence is raised 5 inches off the ground in areas (our medium sized dog can get under and escape) and the quality of wood they use? Rough and splinters all over. Just called AGAIN (since no one will help us) and they informed us they will come out and "look at it" but if it was put together right by them (obviously in their opinion mind you), they won't fix it. And if it wasn't, we have to pay for the cost of the wood. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? You can't even guarantee your fences for a year? Awful company. , and although we have called, the person who they had call us and help us, told us he couldn't do that and would have someone else help us. Still hasn't happened. Very upset. I'm not one to ever leave bad reviews, but very unhappy. Especially as I see all of my neighbors having fences put in by different companies that are gorgeous and well done.

Western fence company is a great place to work. it's a fun, friendly atmosphere. my co works are the best. i have been here for 6 years and i have seen the crews and management go beyond expectations for our customers. we have been here for about 70 years and we're not leaving anytime soon.
