The customer will need to clean with the Woca soap on a weekly/bi-weekly basis. Every three to four months the floor will need to have Woca refresher applied. We recommend having this process done professionally by us. This flooring maintenance process will clean the floor, and add additional oil to your finish.

Can I say this company is a MIRACLE WORKER!
I'm an interior designer in Houston, who encountered a client "nightmare " in building a new home in Oak Forest, Houston.
The client desired white oak select hardwood flooring with a Scandinavian white washed look. The builder subcontractor created a sample that was approved, but the end result was a disaster.
We worked with the builders wood flooring person to try to recreate the original wood floor sample, with no success. The client moved out of their new home for almost a month with flooring issues still unresolved.
Ultimately, I came across Adam Zak- Adam and his dad have been working with hardwood floors in Houston for generations. They understand the wood flooring business and are experts in this field.
Adam consulted on the job and made recommendations for resolving the client issues with the flooring and was "hands on" the entire week of working on fixing the wood flooring that had plagued this new home for over a month.
In my mind as a design specialist, I will continue to only recommend this company for hardwood floor installation and staining. They stepped in and developed rapport with my client and resolved the flooring situation with transparency and fair pricing.

We just had our wood floors in three rooms replaced with an engineered wood floor. Adam Zak explained all about different kinds of flooring. He went with us to pick out the wood. His crew was excellent and very professional. The crew has been with GHFS a long time and not only were they fast but also very professional, on time, and cleaned up everyday when they were finished. There were a couple of very small issues and Adam fixed them. He always answered our calls immediately or called us back right away. I was also able to text him. I feel like he is trustworthy and he hires people that have exceptional skills. I have already recommended him to friends and would most definitely consider him first if I had another job to do. He is also affiliated with Bunker Hill Builders. They installed two sets of double, single pane patio doors and did an outstanding job. I can't speak highly enough of their door guy or their painters. They are some of the best I've seen and we've been through a lot of remodels.

I had a challenging floor restoration project since near my former builder or I could not find the specification information on my 8 year old wood floor in our records.
