Cleary Construction Services was formed by Joe Cleary, III, Dustin Kelch and Jorge Hernandez. We are a turnkey cast-in-place concrete contractor specializing in all concrete operations serving commercial, retail and industrial construction. We focus on building foundations, slab on grade, tilt wall, site pavement and hardscapes in the Houston area.
