Ray Sexton (owner) started painting at the age of 16 after school and during summer breaks. After high school, he attended Tennessee Wesleyan College where he began working with a commercial painting company over holidays and during summer break. After college Ray went to work with Whittle Communications as a Client Presentation Specialist but became unemployed at the beginning of Whittle's downfall. Not one to sit around waiting for the next "good thing", Ray reached out to the commercial painter he worked with during college and remained with them until they closed their doors in 1989.
Our home has been painted by 3 painters over the years (We've lived here 20 years) and I have to say, Rayco Painting was the most well-oiled machine to date. They are great to work with because you can always reach them whether it be the estimator or foreman. We have a 3500sq ft craftsman-style home and we opted to paint this past year. There was some minor peeling and seams that were coming up. The estimator was Tony and he was able to help us with the color selection and paint products. The project took 9 days and was done on budget. Other than a few touchups on the chimmeny we were happy as can be. Great job and very hard workers!!!! I hope they took pictures and posted on this site because it looked amazing.
THANK YOU TO ALL THAT HAVE SERVED THIS BEAUTIFUL COUNTRY
