The most popular residential roofing system, asphalt shingles are available from several manufacturers in a wide range of styles and colors, with warranties ranging from 20 years to lifetime. The most basic and economical shingles are typically referred to "3-tab" shingles, as each shingle is manufactured to give the appearance of three separate shingle tabs. An upgraded and increasingly more popular product is the architectural or dimensional shingle which uses a thicker shingle to provide a three-dimensional appearance on your roof.

A gutter extends the life of your building. The purpose of the gutter and downspout system is to collect rainwater from the roof and direct it away from the building foundation. TPO (Thermoplastic Olefin) and EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) are factory-manufactured sheet membranes, available in varying thicknesses and sheet sizes and installed either fully adhered, mechanically attached or weighted down with ballast (rocks). Although available in different colors, TPO is typically a white membrane. In most instances EPDM will be black, but is also available white. These membranes are typically used when the roof pitch is below a 1/12. Making use of the latest technology available, our staff will use tapered insulation designs to install a roofing system that will meet engineered specifications and provide adequate roof drainage to prevent excessive water ponding or shedding.
