Two Rock

Two Rock Development is a general contracting firm located in Knoxville, TN. Operating as an urban infill development firm since 2014, we began by remodeling inner- city rental properties, mostly built around the late 1800s to early 1900s. By deconstructing the many layers of repairs and remodels on these old homes and continuing to maintain them for years after, we learned what methods had lasted 100 years or more, and what failed. We then set out on to design our own ground-up investment properties that would last - and require minimal maintenance - beyond our lifetime.
