Builders Specialties Company was founded in 1948 by W.A. Lauderdale to provide the very best construction products and customer service to the Middle Tennessee area and beyond. Our current owner and president, Michael L. Shipp, has continued and expanded this vision. As manufacturers' representatives, we supply a wide variety of construction specialties for a growing array of commercial projects. We provide architects with design and specification assistance, and we provide general contractors with pricing and materials based on the project requirements and schedule.
