You won't go wrong getting them to do your fence! They are fast and do an awesome job!!!
I first contacted them June 15, 2017 to install a privacy fence with 2 gates. They came out, and did an estimate within a week or so. The site plan and permits were completed by July 11th. The fence was completed July 31st. However, upon completion, our main gate which is located on the front facing side of our house was not done correctly. It was warped, and hung unevenly. The original installer did shoddy work along with his 20-something year old helpers. Another installer came out, inspected both gates and the entire fence. He even rebuilt both gates. The owner even came out, and inspected everything. Not even a month later, the main gate was out of alignment again. We contacted them to come see what it was, and it happened to be the gate striker (latch) which had been damaged. We're not sure how it got damaged, but the fence, etc. is supposed to have a warranty of one year. They came out again and they replaced the striker on the main gate. Again, it was still out of alignment. They blamed it on our lawn service saying it must have been them that damaged the gate. Overall, we went back and forth having problems with the gate (which I sent pictures) for months. Finally, as a homeowner, I was fed up, and told them on November 22nd (4 months after completion) to just send me a bill for the work. I paid them, but will never have them come out again, and will never recommend them to anyone. The gate still isn't 100 percent, but I'll find someone else to come and do the work. P.S. The owner is nice and knows what he is doing. The second contractor, also knows what he is doing. I think if we had someone other than the first contractor (who was probably in his 80s) in the first place, we would not have been in this mess.
Contacted them in late summer about getting a fence built. Pretty straight forward right? Guy came out to look at our property, said he would be in touch with a quote. Fast forward to a MONTH later after several phone calls were made to the company, and he finally provided a rough estimate. Told us next steps would be them sending us a sketch to use for building permit approval purposes. After a week, we call, no one calls back. We call again and again and finally talk to someone and we flat out say, do you not want our business. They assure us they do. Yet here we are in NOVEMBER with no sketch or steps to move forward. Incredibly dishonest and poorly run company. AVOID.
