I couldn’t be more impressed with Palmetto Renovations! I used them first for my kitchen remodel (complete gut job) 2017 and now mid project with a bathroom mini makeover. They are legitimately the best. Their showroom is fantastic and features all of the latest trends in cabinetry, quartz and accessories.

I initially called for a quote for some damage to be fixed in my home. Renee came out and was nice and knowledgeable. I thought I finally found someone who knew what they were doing and could get my job completed. She measured some things and told me she would have a quote for me in the next couple of days. Well three days went by and still no quote. I then sent her a text because I wanted to move on this quickly. She replied that she would let me know the next day after she talked with her partner. After the next day I finally called the office where a young lady was very nice over the phone and understood that I just wanted to get some work done as soon as possible. She told me she would call Renee herself and get back to me by the end of the day. Well that has been two weeks ago now and still haven’t heard from them. If you didn’t want the job you could have simply turned it down rather than telling me it’s something they could do rather quickly and getting hopes up that the work will finally get completed. I have since gotten in touch with another contractor who has almost completed my job with I’m sure a better price that Renee would have probably quoted me anyway. If you didn’t want to do the job it would have been nice to just turn it down to begin with. I can’t recommend them for any service because all I could ever get out of them were words on the phone.
