This home started off as a 932 square foot 50's built ranch. After removing the existing roof system and adding an extra 8 feet to the width of the home, we gave this home the 2nd story addition it deserved. Elegant hardwood floors, white shaker 42 tall cabinets, high end granite, Kohler fixtures and a true master bath. The 90's renovation to Boulevard Church was showing some of it deficiencies. The wood crank out windows was rotting causing interior water damage. Over 50 new fiberglass crank out windows were installed.
