In light of the economic downturn and sensing the changing industry trends, synergyone was created in 2008 to compliment RdM Architecture and its architectural services, spawning a single-source design-led design-build venture as a synergistic project delivery approach to the healthcare industry. As CFO of RdM Architecture PA and CEO/CFO of synergyone, Jill Mack, provides dual leadership roles and is a client constant in both design and construction services. Licensed in North and South Carolina, the firm is also a certified HUB Enterprise in North Carolina.
