Kevin Lamb has been involved in the home building industry in the Triangle area since 1992. As a Purchasing Manager for over 15 years with large national builders, Kevin created strong partnerships with vendors and subcontractors that improved quality and decreased costs. Kevin also held the role of Value Engineering Manager for a major home builder. Through this experience, he learned how to scrutinize all elevation and floor plans for efficiencies and create value for the customers. Kevin continues to utilize value engineering principles in every stage of the building process.
