With over 20 years of hardscape installation experience, there is little that can challenge this installation foreman who works hand in hand with the designers to bring everything together. John recognized Terry's value as a seasoned and professional craftsman and appreciates the way he contributes to the business and treats its customers. Terry resides in Canandaigua with his wife Karen and ejoys working on cars and sports in his spare time.

Since 2005, Chris Hoff has been an invaluable asset to John Welch Enterprise, Inc. in our Carpentry Division. Chris is an incredibly gifted carpenter and home remodeler, and the various projects he has lead are evidence of that. Be it a custom fence or a new bathroom, Chris and his team pour pride and craftsmanship into the littlest of details. Chris lives in Canandaigua with his wife Kelly and their two daughters. When not at the helm of his carpentry tools, Chris can be found out on the lake most weekends fishing.
