Walnut Tree Construction, Inc. is based in the historic Germantown neighborhood of Philadelphia. We are an owner operated building construction company with many ties to the community. Walnut Tree Construction has extensive knowledge and experience building in the Philadelphia area. Our work includes historical renovations, custom additions, LEED and environmentally conscious building, as well as light commercial projects. We are quality oriented and pride ourselves on our customer service.
As a teenager, Frank Reis started doing odd jobs around his family home. Eventually this lead to him upcycling discarded antiques he would find, refurbishing them, and giving them as gifts to friends and family. A few years down the road, during the Carter administration, generous grants were provided to businesses and homeowners to aid in solar panel installations. Frank's son, Joe, eventually joined the team and today Walnut Tree Construction is a thriving business with a close knit team of contractors and support staff.
