Founded in 1984 by Robert Murdza, R.M. Associates of NJ, Inc. has established itself as a premier builder of quality custom homes. For over 25 years, Bob and his crew have been designing and building upscale homes in Mercer, Monmouth, Ocean and Burlington Counties, and are known for their attention to detail, integrity, and long lasting relationships with clients. R.M. Associates skill set includes remodeling, renovation and large scale commercial projects. R.M. Associates, is a premier New Jersey custom home builder.

As President and owner of R.M. Associates, I have worked in the construction field since 1978. Starting out as a carpenter's helper and advancing to a project manager on many residential and commercial projects. I realized very early in my career that this was a lifelong path. R.M. Associates of NJ, Inc. was founded in 1984 as primarily a carpentry framing contractor working throughout New Jersey. Growing from a small crew of 4 we now employ between 10 to 15 full time employees, a full time estimator and a full time office manager.
